Joseph Lentzen and his wife opened their own small bakery in Espeler in 1987. Within three months the sucess of their products required them to employ two assistants By 1989, expansion became necessary to meet the demand and the premises were extended to house the six staff and modern machinery. Modernisation continued during the 90's when the Lentzens were joined by their two sons. Today, they have ten members of staff and the bakery is well known for miles around. The bakery produces 1000 - 1200 loaves and up to 6000 Rolls a day and delivers thoughout the Wallonie and Luxemburg.
